Course Description
The study of Brewing introduces you to the different ways of brewing coffee, from Chemex and siphon to clever dripper and French press. In addition, this module allows you to get hands-on and learn to analyse your grind profile, match your grind to your brewing method and to scientifically measure coffee strength and chart a coffee’s extraction.
Foundation level introduces the beginner to the different ways of brewing coffee, from Chemex and siphon to Clever Dripper and French press.
L’étude de Méthodes Douces vous présente les différentes façons de préparer le café, du Chemex et du siphon au dripper intelligent et à la presse française. De plus, ce module vous permet de vous familiariser et d’apprendre à analyser votre profil de mouture, à faire correspondre votre mouture à votre méthode d’infusion, à mesurer scientifiquement la force du café et à tracer l’extraction du café.
Le niveau Débutant présente au débutant les différentes façons de préparer le café, de Chemex et siphon à Clever Dripper et à la presse française
